Responsibilities:
The Permanent Associate Attorney will be expected to handle a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. Managing a diverse caseload of bad faith coverage disputes.
2. Providing expert legal advice to clients on a variety of complex matters.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.
4. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling legal arguments.
5. Conducting legal research and analysis to stay ahead of changes in law and legal strategies.

Job Details

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney role should have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Florida Bar.
3. A minimum of 2-10 years of experience in the legal industry, specifically dealing with Complex insurance coverage matters
4. Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload and multitask effectively.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
