Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in all stages of commercial litigation, including pre-litigation strategy and negotiation, relationship management, dispute resolution, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings.
  • Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
  • Conduct complex legal research and analysis to provide legal advice to clients.
  • Develop litigation strategies and present case theories in court and arbitration proceedings.
  • Provide legal support and advice to our clients on commercial and business law matters.
  • Participate in business development activities to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, legal articles, and recent court decisions related to commercial litigation.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Job Details

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Proven track record of managing complex commercial litigation cases.
  • Exceptional research, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills to understand and provide legal advice on complex legal issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
