Job Details

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in commercial real estate law and a proactive, client-service mindset. Specific qualifications include:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
2–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
Familiarity with title, survey, and zoning matters.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to client service.
