- Manage a diverse caseload, guiding cases through the litigation process from start to finish.
- Draft and review legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with clear guidance and updates.
- Stay on top of deadlines set by courts and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
