We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on complex civil litigation cases, providing you with a platform to showcase your skills and grow your career.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Represent clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, arbitration, mediation, and appeal.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients.
4. Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal procedures, court rulings, and other legal developments relevant to civil litigation.
7. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must possess the following:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
4. Proven track record in successfully managing and resolving civil litigation cases.
5. Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.
7. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
8. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
9. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
