Associate Attorney

We are a well established civil litigation law firm with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Napa Valley, and Las Vegas. We are seeking a civil litigation attorney to join our San Francisco and LA office. The ideal candidate must be a licensed California attorney looking to develop experience in a dynamic, team-oriented, supportive, and enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse portfolio of civil litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings.
2. Collaborate with our team of attorneys to develop effective defense strategies and achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and provide informed legal advice.
4. Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes favorably and cost-effectively.
5. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice on their cases.
6. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of professional conduct.
7. Contribute to the firm's business development efforts and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and good standing.
3. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Civil Litigation and Civil Defense Litigation.
4. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and tasks.
5. Exceptional research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
