Job Details
Currently seeking a litigation associate for its commercial litigation and non-medical professional liability group.
Once hired, the candidate will be working in a hybrid office/remote setting to represent clients in employment disputes, commercial litigation, class action, and non-medical professional liability settings.
Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, developing expert witness and trial strategy, conducting and defending depositions, and representing clients during courtroom appearances and arguments.
Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience in civil litigation with experience in conducting and defending depositions preferred.
Excellent research skills, writing skills and verbal communication required.
License to practice in Illinois state and federal courts is required.
Ideal candidates will have a GPA of 3.5 or better from law school.
