Job Details

The ideal candidate will be responsive, detail-oriented, intellectually curious and comfortable handling multiple tasks at one time.
Prior business or civil litigation experience, including experience drafting pleadings, discovery and demand letters required.
Experience managing cases preferred.
Experience in both federal and state court helpful but not required. The candidate must be comfortable speaking with clients and gathering facts.

Knowledge of franchise law is not required as the firm will provide training.

Applicants must be in good standing with the California Bar Association and have graduated from an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree.

License/Certification:
