As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will:
1. Assist in all aspects of litigation including trial preparation, case management, discovery, and motions.
2. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal issues.
3. Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents and contracts.
4. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
5. Represent clients in court hearings and trials.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position will have:
1. An active membership in the California Bar.
2. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in a law firm environment.
4. Extensive knowledge of California state and federal laws and regulations.
5. Proven experience in litigation and court proceedings.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position will have:
