Job Details

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload across insurance defense matters, including personal injury, auto liability, and coverage disputes
Handle all phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions (fact and expert), and motion practice
Conduct case analysis, liability assessment, and develop litigation strategy
Prepare client reports and maintain consistent client communication
Serve as trial counsel on appropriate matters and support senior attorneys on complex cases

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice in Ohio
3+ years of civil litigation experience (defense experience preferred)
Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating within a team environment
Effective communicator with both clients and internal stakeholders
