Job Details
We are seeking a newly barred Associate to fulfill the duties of residential real estate closings in our Charlotte office
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the North Carolina bar.
- 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney is ideal.
- Interest in working in residential real estate.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
