As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to Family law, including divorce, child custody, alimony, marital property division, and more.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements, ensuring they are in the best interest of the client.
3. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, presenting compelling arguments to achieve favorable outcomes.
4. Conducting thorough research and analysis of legal issues and case laws to provide informed legal advice.
5. Collaborating with legal team members to develop effective strategies for case management.
6. Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times, upholding the ethical standards of the legal profession.
7. Staying updated on current laws, regulations, and trends in marital law to provide the most accurate and relevant legal advice.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the position must possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in marital law, with a strong record of successful client representation.
3. Current license to practice law in the state.
4. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts in a fair and respectful manner.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and understandable manner.
