We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive legal support to our clients and become an integral part of our thriving legal practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, offering strategic advice, and representing clients in court. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your duties will encompass a broad range of activities including but not limited to:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal briefs.
2. Representing clients in court and advocating on their behalf in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
3. Conducting legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights, responsibilities, and obligations.
4. Developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
5. Providing legal advice to clients on a variety of issues.
6. Maintaining current knowledge of alterations in legislation that may affect our clients and our practice.
7. Collaborating with legal team members to ensure a cohesive and organized approach to client representation.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. 3 to 10 year of Civil Litigation or Insurance Defense litigation
3. Active member of the Arizona State Bar Association in good standing.
4. Experience with discovery, disclosures, taking/defending depositions, drafting/arguing motions, and court appearance
