We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Attorney to join our prestigious legal firm. This position provides an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team of top-notch legal professionals, handling a diverse range of complex legal matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing briefs, and articles to be published. If you are a driven, ambitious, and detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for justice, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of a diverse litigation caseload, including complaint preparation, drafting briefs conducting legal research, and taking and defending depositions.
2. Draft, review, and revise legal documents, articles, and briefs.
3. Provide sound legal advice to clients.
4. Regularly communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
5. Collaborate with our team of attorneys and paralegals to develop strategies.
6. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in accordance with the firm's values and mission.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the legal field and contribute to the firm's knowledge base through article writing and presentations.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar and be in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a demonstrated track record of success.
4. Proven experience in document writing, article writing, brief writing, taking and defending depositions.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Excellent ability to provide sound legal advice.
7. Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion.
