Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a licensed attorney in Florida with a minimum of 4 years of experience in employment law, employee relations, policies, compliance, and litigation. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of employment-related matters, including federal and state employment law.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of employment-related matters, including employee relations, policies, compliance, and litigation.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including employment contracts, severance agreements, and non-compete agreements.
  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and provide guidance to clients on how to stay compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment law, employee relations, policies, compliance, and litigation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
