Job Details
Requirements:
· Juris Doctorate (J.D) degree from an accredited law school
· Licensed to practice law in California
· Minimum 2-3 year experience with all Family Law matters
· Strong research and analytical skills
· Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
· Familiarity with legal administrative processes and procedures
· Knowledge of Case Management Software such as MyCase & Essential Forms
· Experience in legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation is preferred
