Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft and review legal documents, including estate planning documents and pleadings
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Manage and supervise junior attorneys and support staff
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Active license to practice law in the jurisdiction
• 3+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on family law, divorce, custody, etc.
• Proficiency in legal administrative tasks, including document management and case organization
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
