Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial and construction disputes
Education: J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensure: Active membership in the relevant state bar(s).

Skills:
- Proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution, including trial, arbitration, and mediation.
- Experience with construction-related claims such as delay, disruption, change orders, and design defects.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in contracts and pleadings.
- Ability to advise clients on risk management, dispute avoidance, and strategic litigation planning.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to client advocacy.
