We are a family-owned dental practice, now in its second generation! With a rich history dating back to 1976, our office has been dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to patients of all ages. Many of our loyal patients have been with us since the elder Dr. Jim O. Taylor opened our office, while the younger Dr. Stephen M. Taylor focuses on building our presence among patients aged 20-50. Together, they work with Dr. William Reed and our team to provide comprehensive, personable care.

At our practice, we believe in providing comprehensive care that covers all aspects of dental health. We take pride in offering a wide range of services, including an in-house lab, airway health evaluations and everything else our patients need for optimal oral care. We strive to create a soothing environment with aesthetics comparable to a medical spa, promoting a sense of calm and relaxation for our patients.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Associate Dentist to join our growing team in the medical industry. Our practice offers a wide range of dental services, from routine check-ups to more complex procedures. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a passion for providing excellent dental care and contributing to the overall health and well-being of our patients. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
2. Conducting a wide range of dental procedures, including preventative, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry.
3. Ensuring the highest level of infection control and sterilization to maintain patient and staff safety.
4. Collaborating with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive dental care.
5. Utilizing digital dental software for patient records and appointment scheduling.
6. Educating patients on oral health and preventative care.
7. Regularly attending professional development sessions and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental care.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental program.
2. A minimum of 1 year of working experience as an Associate Dentist or similar role in the dental field.
3. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state.
4. Proficiency in the use of dental software and computer literacy.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
6. Detailed understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations, including infection control and sterilization protocols.
7. Experience in performing a variety of dental procedures, including polishing and other preventative, cosmetic, and restorative treatments.
8. Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and service.
9. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
