Job Details

Requirements:

A minimum of eight (8) years of experience with a Big Four, or a national consulting firm with at least four (4) years’ experience in performing M&A / Transaction Advisory Services.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited college/university.
CPA certification is a must.
Having an existing book-of-business / client base is a plus, but not required.
Strong current knowledge in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), current audit and accounting concepts, mergers and acquisitions and transaction services.
