Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on complex commercial transactions and business development initiatives
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and partnerships
  • Support M&A activities, due diligence processes, and corporate governance matters
  • Advise on regulatory compliance and emerging technology legal frameworks
  • Collaborate with business units on strategic initiatives and risk management
  • Manage relationships with external counsel and oversee legal matters
  • Support intellectual property strategy and protection initiatives
  • Assist with corporate structuring and entity management
  • Handle employment law matters and HR legal support
  • Provide guidance on data privacy and cybersecurity legal requirements

Requirements

  • J.D. from top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials
  • 6-10 years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firms or comparable in-house roles
  • Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
  • Experience with complex commercial transactions, M&A, and corporate governance
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex matters
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Experience in technology, fintech, or emerging industries preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
