Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of issues
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts
3. Working closely with the business units to understand their needs and provide strategic legal advice to support their objectives.
4. Managing and coordinating litigation matters, including overseeing the work of external counsel.
5. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
6. Participating in the development and execution of the company's strategic initiatives.
7. Providing training and education to the company's employees on legal issues that impact the business.

Qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing Attorney.
3. Experience in corporate transactions, labor & employment, and corporate governance.
4. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
7. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Admission to NJ or PA state bar is ideal.
