- Handle a diverse docket of insurance defense cases, including personal injury, premises liability, property damage, and transportation claims.
- Independently manage cases through all phases of litigation—pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Work closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case development.

Job Details
- 4–6 years of insurance defense litigation experience required.
- Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- Experience in federal and state courts preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
