  • Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Work closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case development.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through trial.
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies.
  • Ensure deadlines and case milestones are met with strong organizational oversight.
Qualifications:
  • J.D. and active Texas Bar membership in good standing.
  • 4–6 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
  • Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills.
  • Experience in both federal and state courts preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
