- Handle a diverse docket of insurance defense cases, including personal injury, premises liability, property damage, and transportation claims.
- Independently manage cases through all phases of litigation—pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Work closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case development.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies.
- Ensure deadlines and case milestones are met with strong organizational oversight.
- J.D. and active Texas Bar membership in good standing.
- 4–6 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills.
- Experience in both federal and state courts preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Work with a respected litigation practice known for quality and professionalism.
- Autonomy to manage cases end-to-end, with tailored support as needed.
