Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Handle a caseload involving civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on case strategies
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters
- Maintain communication with clients, providing clear updates and legal guidance
Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of litigation experience (civil litigation preferred)
- Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to learn new areas of law with guidance and training
- California Bar license in good standing
