Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and settlements
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various areas of law, including civil, commercial, and family law
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve successful outcomes for our clients

Qualifications:

- Admission to the state bar
- 2+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Litigation, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Legal Documents, Legal Research, and Legal Writing
- Proven experience in trial litigation is a must
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues
