Job Details

Draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications in mechanical/electrical spaces

Support global IP strategy work and freedom-to-operate analyses

Prepare patentability, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions

Opportunities to support IP litigation and transactional matters

Work directly with inventors, engineers, and business teams

Must be admitted to the Michigan Bar and U.S. Patent Bar

Ideal background: 1–4 years of patent experience + technical degree in ME, EE, or related field
