Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Assurance Senior to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and to contribute to our company's financial stability and growth. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who is experienced in GAAP, has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. Experience with QuickBooks and ProSystems is a plus.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Assurance Senior, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Planning and executing the full scope of audit, review, and other assurance engagements for our clients.
2. Ensuring compliance with GAAP and other applicable regulatory requirements.
3. Preparing and reviewing financial statements and audit reports.
4. Supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.
6. Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
7. Participating in business development initiatives to expand the company's client base and services.
8. Keeping up to date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Assurance Senior role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
7. Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and ProSystems is a plus.
8. A commitment to providing exceptional client service and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
