Job Details

Qualifications – Needed

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admitted and licensed to practice law in Colorado
  • Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, ideally in creditors’ rights or collections
  • Familiarity with the litigation lifecycle including suit filing, discovery, and enforcement
  • Strong background in legal research, courtroom advocacy, and motion practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, team-oriented, and driven to improve legal processes
  • Must be based in Colorado and able to work full-time in the office

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare and manage litigation matters from case inception through enforcement
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and filings while managing discovery and case strategy
  • Represent clients in court hearings and conference calls
  • Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, rules, and case law
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and internal staff to ensure case progress
  • Maintain firm and client standards, including case documentation and cost controls
  • Participate in ongoing legal education and team improvement efforts
  • Monitor schedules and proactively move cases forward
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and legal best practices
