Job Details

You'll defend and litigate civil and insurance defense matters across a varied docket, handling cases through hearings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

  • Manage civil litigation and insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
  • Attend court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
  • Draft and respond to written discovery
  • Draft and review contractual agreements
  • Prepare cases for trial and, where applicable, second-chair or try matters

Looking for:

  • California Bar admission
  • 2+ years civil litigation / insurance defense experience
  • Demonstrated experience attending court hearings, arbitration, mediation, and depositions
  • Experience drafting discovery and contractual agreements
  • Trial experience preferred, not required
  • Associate through of counsel

Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
