Premier Full-Service Education Mid-Sized Regional Firm - Hybrid Remote
A bit about us:
With nearly two decades of service and a presence across seven California offices, we are a premier full-service education law firm dedicated exclusively to supporting public schools, community colleges, and other educational institutions. We proudly represent over 500 education clients, including school districts, SELPAs, county offices of education, and private schools. Our attorneys—many of whom have served as educators, board members, and in-house counsel—offer unmatched insight into the daily workings and unique challenges of California’s education system.
Unlike general insurance defense firms, we are trial lawyers and trusted advisors who understand the complexity and regulatory environment our clients operate within. From employment law to construction defects, student discipline to the Public Records Act, and federal investigations to board governance, we represent education clients in every aspect of litigation—from pre-claim counseling through trial and appeal.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking skilled attorneys to join our team. While experience in business and facilities within the education sector is preferred, we welcome candidates with backgrounds in transactional and litigation support across other practice areas who are eager to apply their expertise in a dynamic and impactful legal environment.
