Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Attorney to join a well-established growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and business-related matters, with a focus on litigation and transactional work. The Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and partners, providing support on a range of legal matters.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive legal research to support ongoing cases.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and wills.
- Assist partners and senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments on their behalf.
- Communicate with clients to keep them informed about their legal matters.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the state bar.
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in construction law and business-related matters.
- Extensive litigation experience.
- Experience working with insurance clients is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
