Job Details:
Attorneys in these offices handle a variety of civil litigation and real estate matters including HOA/community association law, construction defect litigation, insurance defense, and business/corporate law. This is a strong opportunity to grow within a supportive, multi-office platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in civil litigation with a focus on real estate, HOA/community association law, and construction defect matters
  • Provide counsel in real estate and land use, business/corporate, and insurance defense cases
  • Draft and review contracts, pleadings, and governance documents
  • Manage discovery, hearings, depositions, and trials
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and education

You should have most of the following:
  • JD and active bar license in OR, CO, UT, or ID (multiple admissions a plus)
  • 3–5+ years of civil litigation or real estate experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HOA/community association law or construction litigation a plus
  • Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to balance litigation responsibilities with client advisory work
