Job Details
Our civil litigation practice handles complex, high-exposure matters for business, institutional, and insured clients, often involving significant damages, expedited timelines, and coordinated defense strategies. Attorneys manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, expert coordination, hearings, and trial preparation.

- General liability and premises liability defense
- Tort, negligence, and catastrophic injury claims
- Professional liability and institutional defense matters
- Employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful termination
- Construction defect and construction-related disputes
- Insurance defense and coverage matters
- Workers’ compensation-related litigation
- Products liability and complex property damage claims
- Injunctive and other equitable relief proceedings
Looking For:
- J.D. and active New Jersey bar admission
- 2+ years of civil litigation defense experience
- Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: general liability, premises liability, insurance defense, insurance coverage, professional liability, medical malpractice, employment litigation, construction litigation, or defense work for institutional clients
