We are seeking an experienced Condo/Real Estate Attorney to join our Real Estate Department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in condominium and planned development law, as well as general real estate transactions.
This position involves working closely with clients to provide comprehensive legal services related to real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Represent clients in all stages of real estate transactions, including negotiations, drafting, and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and other related documents.
- Condominium and Planned Development Law: Provide legal counsel to community associations, including drafting and amending governing documents, advising on compliance with state and federal laws, and representing associations in disputes.
- Transactional Work: Handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
- Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in real estate litigation, including mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the status of their cases and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on condominium and planned development law.
- Licensure: Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
- Skills: Exceptional writing and analytical skills, strong work ethic, highly organized, and excellent communication skills.
- Attributes: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, work collaboratively and independently, and provide high-quality legal services to clients.
