Our firm is seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Permanent Attorney to join our team. This individual will specialize in estate planning and should have a solid background in the legal industry. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in serving our clients, providing legal advice, and representing them in court. They will handle a variety of tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and providing legal advice in estate planning matters. Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, including wills, trusts, probate, power of attorney, and other related areas.
2. Draft, revise, and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, and other legal papers related to estate planning.
3. Conduct thorough case studies and research to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
4. Represent clients in court and before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil or criminal litigation.
5. Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
6. Counsel clients about their legal rights and obligations, suggesting courses of action in business and personal matters.
7. Negotiate settlements of civil disputes while always maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical behavior.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest legal trends and regulations related to estate planning to provide the most current and accurate advice to clients.
9. Collaborate with our legal team to ensure the best representation for our clients.

Qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.
2. Must possess a valid license to practice law.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, specifically in estate planning.
4. Exceptional knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations, particularly those related to estate planning.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills to interpret complex information.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
8. High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
9. Excellent judgment and ability to interpret and make decisions in accordance with laws and regulations.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
