We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team.
This is a permanent position with an opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' lives.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of family law experience, courtroom skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, adoptions, and other family law matters.
- Manage a diverse caseload and ensure timely and accurate case management, court filings, and client communication.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and settlement agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with empathy, understanding, and practical advice during difficult times.
- Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in family law to provide informed legal advice.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law practice.
- Proven track record of representing clients in family law cases, such as child custody/support, divorce, alimony, spousal support, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, adoption, guardianship, etc.
- Excellent negotiation and litigation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and deliver difficult news in a compassionate manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in legal research and writing.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
