Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced labor and employment attorney to join their Los Angeles office. The firm specializes in representing domestic and international businesses and individuals in complex litigation for labor and employment, class actions, professional liability (design professional emphasis), general liability, business litigation & transactions, and education law matters.
We are seeking attorneys with 3+ years of substantive litigation experience counseling and defending employers for PAGA, wage and hour class action, single-plaintiff , and general employment law matters in state and federal court. Interested attorneys should be comfortable working autonomously through all stages of litigation and have significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice.
