Job Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated Attorney, with a background in Life Sciences & Medical Device. This dynamic role will focus on providing legal advice and support on complex regulatory and compliance matters relating to medical devices and life sciences. The selected candidate will be a part of our esteemed legal team and will work closely with various departments, including regulatory, compliance, and business development.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal advice and guidance on FDA regulations, compliance, and enforcement matters related to medical devices and life sciences.
2. Review and advise on product development, marketing, and sales materials to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Manage and oversee regulatory submissions, including premarket notifications, investigational device exemptions, and premarket approval applications.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including clinical trial agreements, supply agreements, and licensing agreements.
5. Provide legal support for the company's quality system and post-market surveillance activities.
6. Monitor changes in laws and regulations and provide proactive advice and training to the business on potential impacts.
7. Represent the company in any legal disputes or proceedings related to medical devices and life sciences.
8. Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on FDA regulations and medical devices.
3. Admission to practice law in at least one state.
4. Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, medical device law, and life sciences.
5. Experience with regulatory submissions, including 510(k), PMA, and IDE.
6. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong business acumen and ability to understand and advise on business implications of legal decisions.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
