Job Details

We are seeking a self-motivated Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice, whether on the plaintiff or defense side. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is eager to grow their skills and practice in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload, including taking depositions, making court appearances, and drafting legal documents.
  • Handle assignments for other attorneys, particularly during the initial phase of your tenure.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve favorable case resolutions.
  • Receive mentorship and guidance from senior attorneys to support your professional development.

Qualifications:
  • Basic familiarity with personal injury and medical malpractice law.
  • Preferred experience in taking and defending depositions.
  • Excellent writing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Trial experience is not required, but opportunities to try cases are available for those who demonstrate the necessary skills and interest.
