Job Details
- Oversee all residential and commercial real estate closings at the Bluffton office
- Review title and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Draft and review transaction documents: contracts, deeds, leases, loan documents
- Coordinate with lenders, brokers, buyers, sellers, and agents
- Review disbursement ledgers and sign checks
Looking For:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in South Carolina
- Prior experience in residential and/or commercial closings preferred (training available for motivated candidates)
- Solid understanding of real estate transactions, including title review and related documentation
