Job Details

  • Advise clients on zoning, land use, and permitting for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
  • Appear before zoning boards, planning commissions, and licensing boards throughout Massachusetts
  • Draft and negotiate easements, land use agreements, and development-related documents
  • Conduct due diligence on title, permitting feasibility, environmental considerations, and code compliance
  • Navigate tax-free exchanges, abatements, and ownership structures in connection with real estate transactions

Looking For:

  • J.D. and active license to practice in Massachusetts
  • 4+ years of experience in land use, zoning, or real estate development law
  • Demonstrated experience appearing before zoning, planning, and licensing boards
  • Strong understanding of Massachusetts permitting frameworks, zoning codes, and municipal processes
