Job Details
Seeking a lateral Real Estate Attorney to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to handle both transactional and litigation matters in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

- Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Draft, negotiate, and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and other related contracts
- Advise clients on zoning, land use, title, and development matters
- Conduct due diligence, title and survey review, and risk analysis for real estate transactions
- Handle real estate litigation matters, including contract disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and title disputes
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings related to real estate matters
- Collaborate with lenders, developers, and corporate clients to structure deals efficiently
- Assist with real estate aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
- 3-10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions or litigation
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Litigation experience, including handling pleadings, discovery, and court appearances
- Experience with real estate financing and lending transactions preferred
