Job Details
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in real estate acquisitions, sales, financings, leasing, and development projects
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts
Provide counsel on zoning, land use, and title matters
Advise on entity formation and joint ventures related to real estate transactions
Collaborate with lenders, developers, landlords, tenants, and corporate clients across a range of real estate matters
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in Tennessee (or ability to waive in)
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (additional experience welcome)
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working as part of a team
Excellent communication and client-service skills
