One of South West Florida's most respected law firms, is seeking a Tort & Insurance Associate Attorney to join its Fort Myers office.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of insurance litigation experience and a strong background in tort law.
This role involves a wide range of litigation responsibilities, including:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of insurance litigation experience and a strong background in tort law.
This role involves a wide range of litigation responsibilities, including:
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions
- Evaluating cases and developing litigation strategies
- Responding to discovery requests
- Preparing and arguing motions in court
- Attending hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Meeting with clients and negotiating settlements
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
