Job Details

  • Work closely with partners and fiduciaries on post-death trust administration
  • Handle trust distribution, asset allocation, and beneficiary communication
  • Prepare and review trust accountings
  • Address legal questions related to trustee duties, distributions, and liabilities
  • Coordinate with CPAs on estate and fiduciary tax matters
  • Draft related legal documents and correspondence

Looking For:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in California
  • 4+ years of experience in trust administration
  • Experience working with fiduciaries and high-net-worth clients
  • Proficient in trust accounting, distributions, and asset management
  • Comfortable billing 1,800+ hours/year in a structured legal environment
