Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation is strongly preferred.
3. Minimum of 4-10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on trust and estate law.
4. Demonstrated expertise in estate planning, estate tax, gift tax, powers of attorney, and asset management.
5. Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
