Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans, including drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney
  • Advise clients on tax implications and strategies related to estate planning
  • Assist clients with probate and trust administration processes
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial objectives and tailor estate plans accordingly
  • Stay current with state and federal laws affecting estate planning and probate
  • Represent clients in court for probate proceedings when necessary
  • Provide guidance on charitable giving strategies and asset protection

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership in Texas
  • 3+ years of experience in trusts and estate planning
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently
  • Experience with probate and trust administration preferred
  • Knowledge of tax laws related to estate planning is a plus
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service
