Job Details

The Associate Attorney will be involved in litigating throughout all phases, from filing to trial.

Responsibilities of our Associate Attorney:
  • Assisting in the preparation for depositions and hearings, and taking depositions and handling hearings.
  • Case work up, including expert discovery.
  • Timely meeting case related deadlines.
  • Demonstrating organization and effective time and case management.
  • Performing any other related duties as assigned
Preferred Skills and Qualifications of our Associate Attorney
  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school, and 1-6 years of litigation experience
  • Admitted to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
  • Mass tort and/or negligence and products liability experience on behalf of plaintiffs preferred.
  • Superior legal research and writing abilities.
  • Outstanding organization and communication skills.
  • Professional, collegial, and team player.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred, not required.
