Job Details
- Manage litigation caseload with a focus on either civil rights, employment discrimination, or general liability defense
- Handle court appearances, hearings, oral arguments, depositions, and student disciplinary hearings/appeals
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses
- Participate in strategy development and case planning
- Represent clients before administrative agencies and in state/federal courts
Looking For:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in New York
- Recent litigation experience with any of the following practice areas: employment, general litability, municipal liability, education, civil rights, construction
