Job Details

  • 6 or more years of experience in a law firm, in-house, or blended environment
  • Strong foundation in one or more business-facing practice areas
  • Comfort working directly with founders, executives, CFOs, or in-house teams
  • Ability to operate independently with sound judgment and professionalism
  • Interest in flexible work arrangements and modern law practice models
  • Advising business clients on legal matters aligned to your practice area expertise
  • Managing matters independently from intake through resolution
  • Collaborating with other experienced attorneys as needed on complex engagements
  • Supporting clients as outside counsel, fractional counsel, or overflow legal support
  • Delivering efficient, high-quality work without unnecessary process or layers
